AI Support & Helpers
When you submit a ticket, our AI assistant (Level 2 support) automatically analyzes your issue and provides initial guidance. The AI can answer common questions, provide relevant information, and guide you through basic steps. If your issue requires human expertise, you can escalate to a volunteer, lawyer, or NGO.
Helpers are verified volunteers, lawyers, or NGO representatives who assist users on HelpClub. They browse available tickets, claim issues they can help with, and provide personalized guidance. All helpers go through a verification process to ensure quality support.
If the AI cannot fully resolve your issue, you can click the "Escalate to Human" button in your ticket's AI chat. This makes your ticket visible to verified helpers who can provide personalized, human assistance. You can also directly message in your ticket to attract helper attention.
